At Garph Interiors, we offer our customers high-quality products and a safe shopping experience. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and therefore offer a guarantee on our products.

Warranty period:

  • 2-Year Warranty: All our new products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you experience any problems with a product within the warranty period, please contact us and we will help you.
  • 1 Year Warranty on Refurbished Products: For our refurbished products we offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. These products have been carefully inspected and restored to a high standard, but we give you extra peace of mind with this warranty.

What does the warranty cover? The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship during the stated warranty period. If the product does not function properly, or if problems arise that can be attributed to manufacturing defects , we will fix this free of charge. For refurbished products, the warranty may include repair or replacement, depending on the condition of the product.

What is not covered by the warranty? The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, abnormal wear and tear, improper use or repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel. We recommend that you follow the care and instructions provided with the product to extend its lifespan.

How do I make a warranty repair? To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service via info@garphinteriors.se. We will ask for details about the problem and ask for pictures or other information that can help us assess the situation.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to keep the product in good condition and to follow the care instructions provided with the product. To be eligible for the warranty, the product must be registered in your user account or have a valid proof of purchase.
